INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS 2-4
1 cup plain yogurt
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced very small
1/2 cloves garlic, diced very small
4 leaves fresh mint
2 -4 drops of extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Place yoghurt in a large bowl.
Add all other ingredients, except water, and mix thoroughly.
Add water until required consistency is achieved.
Add 2-4 drops of extra virgin olive oil
Chill in refrigerator for about two hours before serving.
