An agenda showing daily activities,using your calender in paper or in your phone, planning is number one important tip to manage our time.Make the list of the items that you need to do daily basis, weekly basis. Schedule a definite time to check your emails,and try to response them in order. Value your time and other people will do the same.If you are using social media for business,schedule some of your updates.Notice how you use your time for weekdays and weekends for couple weeks. What drains your time? What drains your energy?Limit those things. In the day take mini breaks.Weekends take longer breaks.
