Plan to have a few items that are more difficult and take more time and a few items that are quick and easy. Prepare some items ahead.
Make sure to keep the food in the right temperature and right container.Illness-causing bacteria can grow in perishable foods within two hours unless you refrigerate them. Refrigerate perishable foods within 2 hours or within 1 hour if the temperature is over 90˚F.
